Randolph (Randy) Andell has operated a successful law practice with offices in Ventura and Santa Barbara for over 25 years. His emphasis has been on Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts, Probates and Conservatorships; Real Estate Law including landlord-tenant, construction, purchases, partition actions, and Business Law including both transactional and litigation. He is an experienced Arbitrator, Mediator and Litigator.

Randolph is a member of both the Ventura County Bar Association and Santa Barbara County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Courts in the Central and Southern District. In addition, he is a Certified Member of the National Panel of Consumer Arbitrators and has arbitrated more than 100 consumer cases on behalf of the Better Business Bureau and also does attorney fee arbitrations on behalf of the Ventura County Bar and Santa Barbra County Bar.

Mr. Andell has lectured on Landlord-Tenant law at the Ventura College of Law as well as presenting programs on Real Property law to the Ventura County Probate Bar.
​
Prior to practicing law Mr. Andell was involved in a wide variety of businesses as owner and/or manager including doing props for the film business where his work can be seen in movies such as Primal Fear, Tombstone, and Pulp Fiction, along with TV shows including the Wonder Years, Malibu Shores, 7th Heaven, Tales From the Crypt and Beverly Hills 90210. This, along with his experience in retail businesses and restaurants gives him a background as to how most businesses function on a daily basis, something very different from the average lawyer who graduated from law school and went directly into the practice of law.
​
He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law. He is one of the founding members of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity at the WSU Campus. He serves on the board of the Ventura Keys Homeowners Association. He played collegiate tennis and is still an active tennis player and skier.
